We are seeking an experienced Subsea Controls Engineer to support a range of critical projects, including the implementation of a new XT type operability HAZOP, system integration, and subsea infrastructure upgrades. This will be hybrid with some weekly visits to the main office near London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalise & implement new XT type operability HAZOP, focusing on integration into the production control system.

- Interface with production operations to close out HAZOP actions.

- Oversee first article build and testing of new XT type controls at component and system levels.

Project manage IWOCS upgrade & test.

- Lead engineering and implementation of XT field-type conversions.

- Collaborate with Well Engineers, TFMC, aftermarket teams, and vendors to deliver C&A elements of XT SIT.

- Support FPSO controls system upgrades for new XT type and future developments.

- Provide testing support for Subsea MCS/HMI software upgrades (Houston).

- Oversee Controls Splitter fabrication & FAT testing (Houston).

- Conduct electrical & hydraulic analysis for future well additions.

- Maintain and update subsea controls system documentation.

- Manage HPU expansion project for life-of-field support.

UK Nationals or right to work in the United Kingdom will be preferable.

Our client's project is working on both onshore and offshore operations and starting up in late March 2025. Some of the main challenges that you will be facing on this project being losses due to the formations and the Heat and harsh environment, with the offshore wells working on shallow water operations.

In total we are looking for 8 personnel all having experience with MPD 4x MPd supervisors and 4x MPD Engineers. These projects will be working for a minimum of 3 years and working on a 60/30 or 45/30 rotation and starting up late March or early April.

The ideal candidates will have experience working on both onshore and offshore operations, the MPD Supervisor having experience working in different areas around the world with a mixture of onshore and offshore experience, plus experience dealing in High-pressure environments.

With the MPD Engineer having experience also on both onshore and offshore operations and working with different MPD softwares through their careers. As well as having similar experience with High-pressure environments.
