Performance Energy are currently looking to hire three full snubbing crews to support our ongoing operations in the Middle East. This will be working with a Major service company, who are continuously growing.

The project is working on both 340K and 225K units, running Live pressure well operations from velocity strings to fishing runs. This campaign will be land-based in the desert and will run for 4+ years on a 35/35 schedule. (This may change due to operational needs).

The unit is already in country being tested & rigged up ready to go operational. We are able to introduce people to our team as of January 2025 all the way through the year, if you are available between these periods we can still utilise you.

Snubbing Crew Needing:

- Jack Operators

- Snubbing Supervisors

- Subbing Superintendents

- IWCF / IADC level 4

Performance Energy have partnered with a leading Oil service company and are currently looking for two highly experienced and knowledgeable candidates to join a major service company within the South East Asia region. We are looking for a Coil tubing Coordinator and Supervisor who have experience not only working in the region before, but able to work as a team.

Our clients projects cover a number of different areas, working from onshore to offshore, but also working on exploration and development projects within the region. You will not only be responsible for the CT units themselves but also the logistical planning of the crew, responsible of executing the design of the job programs  and face to face meetings with the clients. 

As a member of the team and crew you will be  expected to help those around you, but to also carry out your work at the highest degree of professionalism.

We are looking to hire a total of 2 personnel for this campaign - One Supervisor and One Coordinator, on a permanent basis.

Minimum Experience Required:

- 10 years experience in either Coordinator or Supervisor position

- Working knowledge of Control Points 1 and 2

- Extensive background within the South East Asia region

- Mixture of both onshore and offshore experience within Oil service companies

- Past experience working on deepwater projects

Our client's project is onshore and will soon be starting offshore operations in 2025 with some of the main challenges of the project being seeing some losses due to the formations and the Heat and harsh environment, with the offshore wells will be working on shallow water jack-up rigs.

In total we are looking for 8 personnel all having experience with MPD, on both onshore and offshore operations, this campaign will be running for a minimum of 3 years with an extension.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience as MPD Supv. role.

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as MPD Engineer role.

- MUST have up to date certifications and experience on MPD projects.

The project is based working in shallow water and the client are looking for someone to join the team and hit the ground running. We are looking to hire an experienced candidate for this campaign, which is short term and should run for roughly 1 month.

- 3 - 5 years experience
- Experience of working in the Middle East previously

- Confidence to undertaken - milling, plugging and cementing challenges
- Capable of working within a team framework

Our client’s project is an onshore campaign focusing on Coil Tubing projects within the region. You will be taking responsibility for standalone nitrogen pumping specifically, whilst also undertaking standard coiling tubing tasks such as fishing, milling, acidic clean outs and rig up/rig down operations. As a member of the team you will be expected to act in a professional manner working in high temperatures.

We are looking to hire numerous personnel for this campaign, that will run for an approximate duration of 12 months.

- 3 to 5 years experience within the field
- Extensive Standalone Nitrogen Pumping experience
- History of working in South East Asia
- Wide range of experience on Coil tubing operations
