Performance Energy are currently looking for a well test crew to work for our client based in Australia on a permanant basis. The work will be a mixture of offshore & onshore. Offshore is mainly deepwater on Semi Subs & Drillships, there are also shallow water jack ups.

We are looking for candidates who are willing to relocate to Australia on a permanat basis.

Housing will be provided for the first 3 months then it will be your responsability to find your own housing. Flights and visa costs for yourself and your family will be provided.

5+ years experience working offshore well testing jobs.

Performance Energy are currently looking to hire three full snubbing crews to support our ongoing operations in the Middle East.
Working on both 340K and 225K units, running Live pressure well operations from velocity strings to fishing runs. This campaign will be land-based in the desert and will run for 4+ years on a 35/35 schedule.

The unit is already in country being tested & rigged up ready to go operational. We are able to introduce people to our team as of January 2024 all the to May 2024, if you are available between these periods we can still utilise you.

Valid offshore medical is required for this position.

Performance Energy is looking for experience Coil Tubing crew, from Supervisors, Engineers and Mechanics, to work for Major Service companies in the Middle East. These interventions may include tasks such as fishing operations, milling, stimulation and lifting, among others.

Onshore project which currently has 13 CT units and looking to man up more. These consist of drilling and work over rigs with Horizontal wells.

Job Overview:

Performance Energy require 6 x Directional Drillers (Land) for a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension, for projects across Southern and Eastern Europe.

These projects vary in length and as such there is no fixed rotation. Door-to-door travel, accommodation and sustenance is included.

These positions require existing rights to work throughout Europe without the need for additional visas.

Two years experience as a Directional Driller is preferred, through any service company (position overseen by Senior DD).

We are currently hiring 2 completions Operations Engineers that will be the technical focal point on these campaigns to advise & improve on SOP's, daily operations ect.

Someone with a completions eng background from the operations side is what we are looking for opposed for a design Eng.

Preferred: Proficiency in using smokeless flaring techniques
