Job Overview:

We are supporting a deepwater offshore completions campaign in Asia, delivering open hole gravel pack (OHGP) sand control operations on a dual-activity floating rig. We are seeking experienced Sand Control Supervisors to oversee offshore execution and ensure safe, efficient delivery of completions operations.

Role Purpose

The Sand Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of OHGP operations offshore, managing crews, ensuring adherence to procedures, and maintaining high HSE and operational standards. This role acts as the key on-site leader from the service company side.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise offshore open hole gravel pack (OHGP) operations

Manage sand control crews, equipment, and operational processes

Ensure execution in line with SOPs and approved programmes

Maintain full compliance with HSE and wellsite standards

Oversee reporting and operational performance tracking

Coordinate activities on a dual-activity floating rig

The TRS Operator will be responsible for supporting tubular running operations, ensuring equipment is operated safely and efficiently in line with operational procedures and wellsite requirements. This role requires strong hands-on TRS experience and the flexibility to work across offshore and onshore operations.
