We are recruiting an experienced Night Drilling Fluids Engineer to support an offshore drilling campaign in Latin America. This role requires an experienced Drilling Fluids Engineer with a strong background in both oil-based and water-based mud systems and offshore deep-water operations.
Role Purpose: As a Night Drilling Fluids Engineer, you will support the safe and efficient execution of offshore drilling fluids operations on night shift, managing mud systems and completing operational reporting as part of the offshore drilling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as the Night Drilling Fluids Engineer on offshore drilling operations
- Manage and monitor oil-based mud (OBM) and water-based mud (WBM) systems
- Support offshore deep-water drilling operations
- Complete daily operational reports and documentation
- Work alongside the offshore drilling team
- Complete operational activities per project procedures and HSE requirements
Additional Information
This is a 12-month contract role on a 35/35 rotation, with a February 2027 start.
