Coil Tubing Operator – Onshore Operations
Performance Energy is currently recruiting experienced Coil Tubing Operators for a short-term onshore project across Europe. This is a fast mobilisation opportunity suited to operators with strong field experience and full compliance documentation.
The Role
As a Coil Tubing Operator, you will support onshore well intervention operations, working as part of an experienced field crew to deliver safe and efficient coil tubing services.
Key Responsibilities
Execute coil tubing operations onshore
Support well intervention activities
Assist with equipment preparation, rig-up, and rig-down
Ensure safe and compliant execution of all operational tasks
Work closely with field teams to deliver project objectives

Essential Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Coil Tubing Operator
Valid EU passport and A1 documentation
All relevant offshore/onshore certifications valid and in date
Strong operational experience within coil tubing services
Desirable Experience
Previous experience within international service environments
Strong understanding of onshore intervention operations
Ability to mobilise at short notice
