Performance Energy is supporting a Middle East onshore drilling campaign focused on Coil Tubing Drilling (CTD) re-entry operations using Nitrogen underbalanced systems.
The role requires experienced Tool Pushers capable of managing CTD rigs and leading operations across drill-outs, sidetracks, and preset wells in high-pressure, underbalanced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage CTD rig operations on location
Supervise drill-out, sidetrack, and re-entry well activities
Execute operations in line with approved SOPs and well programmes
Maintain operational control within underbalanced Nitrogen drilling environments
Coordinate rig crews and service teams to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure HSE, well control, and operational standards are maintained at all times
Technical Scope
2.3/4” CTD re-entry drill-outs
Nitrogen underbalanced drilling system
Onshore land operations
Preset and re-entry wells
Essential Experience
Proven experience using Well Flow modelling software
Strong background in CTD / UBD / MPD drilling operations
Demonstrated understanding of underbalanced drilling packages and pressure management
Previous experience in a wellsite leadership role

OGUK Medical
Well Control Certification – Supervisor Level (IADC or IWCF)
