We are currently recruiting an experienced Coil Tubing Coordinator for a permanent residential position supporting a wide range of onshore and offshore operations across the Asia region. This is a staff role offering long-term career stability within high-activity coil tubing environments.
The Role
As a Coil Tubing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple coil tubing projects. You will act as the central point of contact for operations, ensuring efficient delivery across various campaign types.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate coil tubing operations across multiple projects
Plan and forecast personnel, equipment, and resource requirements
Act as the primary operational focal point for ongoing campaigns
Support tendering processes and RFQ development
Manage and oversee field crews and operational teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with operational standards
Proven experience in coil tubing (CT) coordination
Strong background in managing multiple CT projects simultaneously
Experience across a range of CT operations (milling, fishing, drill-outs, stimulation)
Willingness to work in a residential capacity within Asia
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Desirable Experience
Experience in both onshore and offshore operations
Background in operations management or service line leadership
Exposure to tendering and commercial support activities
