Capillary Supervisor – Chemical Cleaning & Real-Time Surveillance
Performance Energy is currently recruiting experienced Capillary Supervisors to support well intervention operations across the Middle East region. This role focuses on chemical cleaning and real-time monitoring activities within high-performance operational environments.
The Role
As a Capillary Supervisor, you will lead field operations related to capillary services and real-time surveillance systems. You will oversee execution, ensure technical accuracy, and maintain the highest standards of safety and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise capillary operations including chemical injection and cleaning activities
Lead real-time monitoring and surveillance operations using fibre optic systems
Oversee rig-up, rig-down, and deployment of capillary equipment
Ensure safe execution of high-pressure wellsite operations
Provide technical leadership and support to field teams
Ensure compliance with industry safety and operational standards

Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Capillary Supervisor or similar role
Strong experience with real-time monitoring and surveillance systems (MARS)
Valid Well Control certification (IADC WellSharp or IWCF Level 4 – Supervisor)
Valid H2S / Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness certification
Experience leading field-based well intervention operations
Desirable Experience
Manufacturer-specific training on fibre optic / surveillance systems
Background in chemical cleaning and production enhancement
Experience across international or high-specification operations
