About the Opportunity
Performance Energy is supporting a leading global energy services company in the search for an experienced Technical Sales Manager – Well Testing. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving commercial growth across a key regional market.
The position sits at the intersection of engineering and commercial delivery—ideal for professionals who combine strong well testing expertise with proven sales capability and established regional networks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators, partners, and stakeholders
Lead tendering activities including RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs
Deliver tailored technical solutions across well testing and associated service lines
Expand market presence and increase share across assigned accounts
Conduct regular face-to-face client engagement and relationship management
Working Environment

Essential Requirements
Strong technical background in well testing operations
Demonstrated experience in face-to-face technical sales within the energy sector
Proven ability to manage tendering processes (RFQ / ITT / RFP)
Established professional network across Sub-Saharan Africa
Preferred Experience
Background in well completions alongside well testing
Experience working across multiple service lines within upstream operations
