We are supporting a major offshore plug and abandonment (P&A) campaign in Australia, delivering slickline operations across a long-term project scope. We are seeking experienced Slickline Supervisors to lead offshore operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of well intervention activities.

Role Purpose

The Slickline Supervisor will be responsible for leading slickline operations offshore, managing crews, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining operational performance across all phases of P&A activity. This role combines leadership, technical oversight, and strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise slickline operations in offshore P&A environments

Manage offshore crews and ensure operational efficiency

Ensure all operations comply with Permit to Work systems

Oversee equipment performance, maintenance, and readiness

Maintain high standards of HSE, compliance, and reporting

Support competency development and operational improvement

Technical Project Context

Proven experience in slickline operations (offshore)

Previous experience in a supervisory role
