Overview
Performance Energy is supporting an offshore Middle East campaign delivering well intervention, production surveillance, and chemical injection operations. We are seeking experienced Field Specialists to support capillary-based systems, fibre optic surveillance (DAS/DTS), and real-time well monitoring across ongoing operations in harsh operating environments.
Role Purpose
The Field Specialist will be responsible for executing well intervention and production surveillance activities, supporting BSP chemical injection systems, and maintaining real-time diagnostics using fibre optic and capillary technologies. This role requires strong technical capability and the ability to operate in high-temperature, offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities
Execute BSP chemical injection and capillary string operations
Support well intervention and production surveillance activities
Monitor well performance using DAS/DTS and fibre optic systems
Operate and maintain MARS surveillance and diagnostic tools
Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards offshore
Work closely with field teams and client representatives

Essential Experience
Proven experience in capillary operations and MARS surveillance
Strong background in DAS/DTS fibre optic monitoring systems
Experience in well intervention and production environments
Ability to operate in harsh offshore and high-temperature conditions
Preferred / Advantageous Background
Experience across slickline, wireline, or coiled tubing operations
Previous Middle East offshore project experience
Strong understanding of well diagnostics and monitoring systems
Ability to work across integrated service environments
Certifications (Mandatory)
Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET or equivalent)
Relevant medical certification (OGUK or equivalent preferred)
