Overview
Performance Energy is supporting an offshore stimulation campaign in the Caribbean, delivering Coil Tubing operations across brownfield platform wells. We are seeking an experienced Well Services Company Man to oversee CT stimulation, clean-up, and flowback operations using Nitrogen and Acid systems.
Role Purpose
The Well Services Company Man will act as the senior on-site representative, overseeing Coil Tubing stimulation operations and ensuring safe, efficient execution across all phases of the campaign. This role requires strong leadership, technical oversight, and the ability to manage offshore wellsite operations in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Coil Tubing stimulation, clean-up, and flowback operations
Act as Company Man overseeing all wellsite activity
Ensure operations are executed in line with approved programmes and procedures
Maintain full compliance with HSE and operational standards
Coordinate service companies and offshore personnel
Provide clear reporting and operational feedback to stakeholders
