We are supporting an offshore drilling campaign in the Middle East, delivering Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations on complex wells. We are seeking experienced MPD Wellsite Supervisors to lead offshore execution and ensure safe, efficient drilling performance.
Role Purpose
The MPD Wellsite Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing MPD operations offshore, managing crews, and maintaining real-time well control across complex drilling environments. This role requires strong offshore leadership and the ability to operate in high-temperature conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise MPD operations at the wellsite
Lead offshore crews and coordinate service personnel
Maintain real-time control of wellbore pressure and drilling parameters
Ensure execution in line with SOPs and operational programmes
Support drilling teams in complex well environments
Maintain compliance with HSE and well control standards
