Overview
Performance Energy is supporting an offshore coil tubing campaign in Latin America, delivering intervention and artificial lift operations on deepwater assets. We are seeking experienced Coil Tubing Supervisors to lead offshore execution and ensure safe, efficient delivery of well intervention activities.
Role Purpose
The Coil Tubing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing offshore CT operations, managing crews, and ensuring all activities are executed in line with approved procedures and safety standards. This role requires strong offshore leadership and the ability to operate in deepwater environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore Coil Tubing operations
Lead and coordinate CT crews and service personnel
Ensure execution in line with SOPs and well programmes
Support artificial lift and intervention activities
Maintain compliance with HSE and well control standards
Provide operational reporting and performance oversight

Minimum 4+ years international experience
Minimum 2+ years offshore experience
