Overview
Performance Energy is supporting an offshore campaign in Europe, delivering Hydraulic Workover (HWO) and snubbing operations across plug and abandonment and live well environments. We are seeking experienced HWO Supervisors to lead offshore execution and manage crews across high-capacity HWO units.
Role Purpose
The HWO Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing offshore operations, supervising crews, and ensuring all HWO, snubbing, and P&A activities are executed safely and efficiently in line with SOPs and operational standards. This role acts as the senior authority on site from the service company side.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore HWO, snubbing, and P&A operations
Manage crews and ensure adherence to SOPs and operational procedures
Oversee execution of workscopes on HWO units
Maintain compliance with HSE and well control standards
Coordinate offshore personnel and service teams
Provide reporting and operational oversight

Proven experience supervising HWO operations offshore

Ability to operate in offshore safety-critical environments

Experience across multiple HWO systems and unit sizes
Strong leadership and crew management capability
Ability to mobilise within project timelines
Previous experience in similar offshore campaigns
Certifications (Mandatory)
Offshore survival certification
Valid offshore medical
