We are supporting exploration operations in the Caribbean, delivering cementing services across offshore and onshore environments. We are seeking experienced Cementing Operators to support field execution and ensure safe, efficient delivery of cementing operations.
Role Purpose
The Cementing Operator will be responsible for operating cementing equipment, supporting pumping and fluid operations, and ensuring all work is executed safely and efficiently in line with operational procedures and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cementing pumps and associated fluid systems
Support offshore and onshore cementing operations
Ensure execution in line with SOPs and operational programmes
Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational readiness
Maintain compliance with HSE and wellsite safety standards
Support field teams during operational delivery

Minimum 5 years offshore oil & gas experience
Proven experience operating cementing pumps and fluid systems
Strong offshore and onshore operational background
Previous experience with Halliburton equipment and systems
Preferred / Advantageous Background
Experience supporting exploration drilling campaigns
Strong operational discipline and teamwork capability
Ability to mobilise immediately
Experience across offshore intervention and drilling support operations
Certifications (Mandatory)
BOSIET
Valid offshore medical
