We are supporting offshore exploration and development operations in Latin America, delivering cementing services across complex drilling campaigns. We are seeking experienced Cementing Supervisors to oversee offshore cementing operations and support operational delivery across offshore and workshop environments.

Role Purpose

The Cementing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising offshore cementing operations, managing crews and equipment, and ensuring all work is delivered safely and efficiently in line with operational procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise offshore cementing operations across exploration and development campaigns

Oversee cementing crews and operational execution

Support offshore and workshop-based operational activities

Ensure execution in line with SOPs and approved programmes

Oversee the operation and performance of HT400 and Grizzly pump systems

Maintain compliance with HSE and well control standards

Minimum 5 years of experience in cementing supervisory roles

Strong offshore operational background

Previous experience with Halliburton systems and operations

Proven experience with HT400 and Grizzly pumps

Preferred / Advantageous Background

Experience across offshore exploration campaigns

Strong leadership and crew management capability

Ability to manage operational delivery in high-pressure environments

Ability to mobilise within project timelines

Certifications (Mandatory)

BOSIET or T-BOSIET

IWCF Level 4 or IADC equivalent
