We are supporting the search for an experienced Technical Sales / Business Development Manager to drive growth across a Well Intervention portfolio within Latin America. This role combines technical expertise with commercial leadership and is suited to professionals who understand intervention operations and have an established network within the regional energy market.

Role Purpose

The Technical Sales / Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, growing strategic accounts, and delivering commercial success across a broad range of intervention services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional business development strategies

Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities

Build relationships with operator decision-makers and stakeholders

Lead technical presentations, workshops, and commercial discussions

Prepare tenders, proposals, and customer solutions

Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies

Manage account plans and sales forecasts

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and customer engagement programme

Work closely with operational and engineering teams to deliver solutions

Support long-term account growth and retention

Service Line Exposure

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

Coiled Tubing

Through Tubing Services

Slickline

Electric Line

Nitrogen Services

Mechanical Well Intervention

Fishing Services

Well Integrity

Production Optimisation

Plug & Abandonment

5–10+ years within the Oil & Gas industry

Minimum 3 years within Well Intervention operations, engineering, sales, or account management

Fluent Spanish speaker

Existing network of operator contacts across Latin America

Coiled Tubing and/or Through Tubing background

Strong commercial and customer-facing capability

Experience developing proposals and tenders

Proven account management and business growth experience
