We are supporting a major offshore well intervention and production surveillance campaign in Southeast Asia. We are seeking an experienced Capillary Lead to act as the technical focal point for capillary and chemical injection operations while providing customer-facing leadership and troubleshooting support across offshore assets.
Role Purpose
The Capillary Lead will be responsible for overseeing offshore capillary operations, supporting chemical injection systems, troubleshooting operational challenges, and acting as the primary interface between the client and operational teams. This is a key leadership position requiring strong technical capability and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead offshore capillary and chemical injection operations
Act as the primary customer focal point onsite
Troubleshoot operational and technical issues
Support pump-down and intervention activities
Coordinate operational delivery with field personnel
Drive operational performance and service quality
Maintain compliance with HSE and offshore operational standards
