Performance Energy is recruiting an experienced SWT Supervisor to support an offshore deepwater exploration campaign in Latin America. This contract is suited to senior well testing professionals with extensive offshore experience who can lead surface well testing operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational performance and service quality.
Role Purpose
As an SWT Supervisor, you will oversee all surface well testing activities offshore, leading operational teams and ensuring the safe execution of exploration well testing programmes. You will be responsible for supervising equipment, personnel and operations while delivering efficient project performance in line with operational and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore surface well testing operations.
Lead and coordinate well testing personnel throughout the campaign.
Oversee the operation of multiphase separators and surface well testing equipment.
Monitor and manage SMS systems during operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and operational standards.
Coordinate mobilisation, execution and demobilisation activities.
Complete operational reporting and project documentation.
Mentor offshore personnel and promote best practice across the operation.

Additional Information
This is a short-term offshore contract supporting a deepwater exploration campaign in Latin America. Immediate availability is preferred, with mobilisation expected within the next two weeks.

Minimum 10 years' experience within the oil & gas industry.
Proven experience as a Surface Well Testing Supervisor.
Offshore deepwater operational experience.
Experience supervising well testing crews and equipment.
Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience supporting offshore exploration campaigns.
Experience working on international deepwater well testing projects.
Certifications
Valid BOSIET.
Valid OGUK Medical.
All offshore certifications must be current and in date.
