We are supporting offshore stimulation operations in Europe and are seeking experienced SVC Frac-Acid Supervisors to lead hydraulic fracturing and acid treatment campaigns. This role is suited to offshore stimulation professionals with strong supervisory experience and a proven commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Role Purpose
The SVC Frac-Acid Supervisor will oversee offshore fracturing and acidizing operations, coordinating crews, managing equipment and chemical inventories, and ensuring safe and efficient service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore hydraulic fracturing and acid stimulation operations
Coordinate rig-up and rig-down activities
Manage service operators and offshore crews
Oversee iron package and chemical inventory management
Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards
Support job planning, calculations, and execution activities
Maintain customer relationships and operational reporting
Drive safety awareness and quality improvement initiatives

Minimum 5 years experience as a Frac Supervisor
Strong offshore stimulation operational background
Experience supervising frac and acid treatment operations
Proven leadership and crew management capability
Strong understanding of wellsite operations and safety management
Preferred / Advantageous Background
Previous experience with Halliburton stimulation operations
Experience managing iron packages and chemical inventories
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Experience supporting offshore development campaigns
