Job Overview
Performance Energy is recruiting an experienced RCD Supervisor to support offshore deepwater exploration projects across the Middle East and Asia. This opportunity is suited to professionals with extensive Rotating Control Device (RCD) and Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) experience who can lead offshore operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, technical performance and operational efficiency.
Role Purpose
As an RCD Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the installation, operation and maintenance of Rotating Control Devices during offshore drilling operations. Working closely with MPD teams and client representatives, you will ensure equipment performance, operational integrity and safe execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise RCD operations during offshore drilling activities.
Lead the installation, testing and maintenance of Rotating Control Devices.
Support Managed Pressure Drilling operations and well control activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and client operating standards.
Coordinate with drilling, MPD and offshore operations teams.
Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues to minimise downtime.
Complete operational reporting and technical documentation.
Maintain equipment readiness throughout mobilisation, execution and demobilisation.

Additional Information
This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting offshore exploration campaigns across the Middle East and Asia. Candidates should be available to travel internationally and work a 4/4 rotation.

Minimum 5 years' experience working within the oil & gas industry.
Proven experience supervising RCD operations.
Strong Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) experience.
Offshore deepwater drilling experience.
Excellent leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience supporting international offshore drilling campaigns.
Experience working with major global oilfield service companies.
Experience supporting offshore exploration projects.
Certifications
Valid BOSIET.
IWCF Level 4 certification.
Valid offshore medical.
All offshore certifications must be valid and in date.
