Performance Energy is recruiting experienced MPD Choke Operators to support multiple offshore managed pressure drilling campaigns across Asia. This opportunity is suited to professionals with proven MPD choke operations experience who are confident working in offshore drilling environments on long-term development projects.
Role Purpose
As an MPD Choke Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring managed pressure drilling choke systems during offshore drilling operations. You will work closely with the MPD team to ensure safe, efficient and compliant well control throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
Operate MPD choke systems during offshore drilling operations.
Monitor choke performance to support safe and efficient well control.
Carry out rig-up, testing and operation of MPD equipment.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSE procedures and operational standards.
Support drilling teams during managed pressure drilling activities.
Complete operational reporting and equipment checks.
Maintain equipment readiness throughout the campaign.

Proven experience as an MPD Choke Operator.
Offshore drilling experience.
Experience operating MPD choke systems.
Strong understanding of managed pressure drilling operations.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working on offshore MPD campaigns within Asia.
Experience operating Halliburton Quad Lex choke systems.
Certifications
Valid T-BOSIET.
Valid offshore medical.
All relevant offshore certifications in date.
