Role Purpose

As Slickline Supervisor, you will supervise day and night shift slickline operations, overseeing well intervention activities across mechanical slickline and e-line/logging work.

Key Responsibilities

•     Work with downhole tools and equipment including multifinger calipers, acoustic logging tools, side pocket mandrels, gas lift valves, jetting tools, and plugs & sleeves systems.

Technical Project Context

•     Offshore well services development campaign.

•     Highly deviated wells (60-70°) with horizontal sections (ERD wells); depth reference of approximately 4,000 ft TVD before horizontal.

•     Oil wells (not gas); some open hole and single-zone completions, with future dual-zone development.

•     Wireline equipment: mechanical slickline units, e-line systems, ¼" diform cable (primary), occasional 5/16" cable (rare).

•     Surface equipment: electric-hydraulic winches (converted from diesel), with a focus on reliability and reduced failures.
