We are recruiting an experienced Surface Well Testing (SWT) Supervisor to support a 9-month offshore flowback campaign in Oceania.
This role requires an experienced offshore SWT professional with a strong background in surface well testing operations, three-phase separator equipment and flowback operations, with the ability to oversee operators and DAQ engineers.
Role Purpose
As an SWT Supervisor, you will support the safe and efficient execution of offshore surface well testing and flowback operations, working with three-phase separator equipment and overseeing operators and DAQ engineers as part of the offshore well testing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise offshore Surface Well Testing operations.
• Operate and oversee three-phase separator equipment.
• Oversee flowback operations throughout the campaign. • Oversee operators and DAQ engineers. • Monitor equipment and operational performance.
• Complete operational activities in accordance with project procedures and HSE requirements.

Additional Information
The project is scheduled to commence in December 2026 and run for approximately nine months on a 35/35 rotation. Visa support will be managed by Performance Energy for successful candidates where required.

5+ years' experience working as an SWT Operator.
• Proven offshore operational experience.
• Experience working with three-phase separators.
• Previous experience working with the required service company.
• All required offshore certifications must be valid and in date. Certifications
• Valid BOSIET or T-BOSIET.
• Valid offshore medical.
• All required certifications must be current and in date.
