We are recruiting an experienced SWT Supervisor to support a 6-month onshore campaign in the Middle East. This role requires an experienced SWT professional with a strong background in choke, SMS, smokeless flaring, three-phase separator and burner operations.
Role Purpose: As an SWT Supervisor, you will oversee the safe and efficient execution of onshore surface well testing operations, working with chokes, SMS and smokeless flaring systems, three-phase separators and burner systems as part of the onshore well testing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support onshore SWT operations
- Operate and monitor chokes, SMS and smokeless flaring systems
- Manage three-phase separators and burner systems
- Oversee operational performance and equipment monitoring
- Lead and support the onshore well testing team
- Complete operational activities per project procedures and HSE requirements
Additional Information
This is a 6-month contract on a 6-weeks-on/3-weeks-off rotation, with an ASAP start

- 5+ years' experience as an SWT Senior Operator
- Experience working in the Middle East region
- Previous experience with the required service company is an advantage
Certifications
- Valid medical certification
- All required certifications current and in date
