Performance Energy is seeking an experienced Cementing Supervisor for a high-profile offshore shallow water project, operating from a jack-up rig. This contract role is offered on a 28/28 rotation over a 6-month duration, with the potential for extension based on project performance.

This position is ideally suited to professionals with a proven track record in offshore cementing operations, particularly those with experience running cementing units, mixing and pumping fluids, and managing pressure testing systems. You’ll play a key role in the execution of safe and efficient cementing operations, working closely with on-site teams and remote support systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise cementing operations on an offshore jack-up rig.

Operate, monitor and maintain cementing pumps, mixers, and fluid systems.

Ensure accurate blending and pumping of cementing fluids according to programme requirements.

Conduct pressure testing using remote Level 8 PLC control systems.

Liaise with rig personnel and third-party contractors to ensure seamless operations.

Adhere to safety and operational standards throughout all cementing procedures.

Troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues during live operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of offshore experience in oil & gas cementing operations.

Strong knowledge of pump and fluid system management.

Hands-on experience with remote PLC-based control systems (preferably Level 8).

Familiarity with jack-up rig operations and advantage units.

Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Valid offshore certifications and medicals as per regional standards.
