Performance Energy is seeking experienced Downhole Gauge Operators and Supervisors to support open hole gravel pack operations on a technically advanced transoceanic drillship offshore India. This is a contract-to-permanent role, beginning with an initial 8-month project, with long-term opportunities available for high performers.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HCT tool systems, gravel pack run string screens, and open hole completion techniques. You’ll join a skilled international team delivering critical data and completion services in a complex offshore environment on a 3/3 rotational schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Install, monitor, and retrieve downhole pressure and temperature gauges.
- Oversee and execute open hole gravel pack completions, including screen and run string deployment.
- Ensure performance and integrity of HCT tool systems throughout operations.
- Collaborate effectively with rig crews, wellsite engineers, and data acquisition teams.
- Uphold offshore safety standards, operational efficiency, and accurate reporting.
- Proven field experience with HCT tools and downhole gauge systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in open hole gravel pack completions and screen string installations.
- Previous experience working on deepwater drillships or equivalent offshore rigs.
- Strong diagnostic, operational, and leadership capabilities in remote environments.
- Valid offshore survival and medical certifications preferred.
