MPD Supervisor
Performance Energy is urgently seeking experienced Wellsite/MPD Supervisors for an exciting onshore HPHT project with Weatherford in India. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term campaign with one of the industry’s leading service providers, managing high-pressure gas wells in challenging environments.
Role Overview
-As a Day or Night Wellsite MPD Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing MPD operations at the rig site. Key responsibilities include:
-Supervising MPD equipment and operations on HPHT gas wells.
-Ensuring compliance with safety and procedural standards.
-Supporting troubleshooting and optimization of underbalanced and managed pressure drilling.
-Working closely with drilling and client teams to ensure seamless MPD integration.
Requirements
-Proven experience in HPHT and MPD operations.
-IWCF Level 4 or IADC Well Control Certification.
-H₂S certification.
-Valid and updated medicals.
-MODUS software training preferred (but not mandatory).
