Offshore Well Test Operator (Contract)

We are currently seeking experienced Offshore Well Test Operators for upcoming offshore development campaigns in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Opportunity
This contract position offers the opportunity to join offshore operations supporting well testing activities on multiple development projects. You will play a key role in the safe operation of surface well testing equipment while maintaining the highest operational and safety standards throughout the campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor surface well testing equipment during offshore operations.
Run and maintain multiphase well test packages.
Operate sand management and solids handling systems.
Support safe execution of well clean-up and flowback activities.
Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues.
Work closely with offshore supervisors and multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry HSE standards.
Participate in equipment inspections, maintenance and operational checks.
Essential Experience
Previous experience as an Offshore Well Test Operator.
Strong background operating surface well testing equipment.
Experience with multiphase well testing systems.
Knowledge of sand management operations.
Proven offshore operational experience.
Ability to work safely in demanding offshore environments.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience working on offshore projects within the Asia-Pacific region.
Experience supporting projects involving sour service operations (H₂S).
Required Certification
Valid T-BOSIET (or equivalent recognised offshore survival certification).
Current offshore medical certificate.
Valid right to travel internationally where required.
