Performance Energy is seeking 10 experienced Well Testing Supervisors to support a high-profile onshore oil and gas operation in the Middle East. This opportunity is with a leading global service provider and offers a dynamic, fast-paced working environment with exposure to complex wells and high-specification testing equipment.
As a Well Testing Supervisor, you’ll be a key player in delivering safe and efficient testing operations. You will bring hands-on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence. We are particularly interested in professionals with a strong background in 3-phase separators, chokes, sand management systems (sand catchers, filters, de-sanders), diverters, heaters, and smokeless flaring systems.
This role is ideal for mid-to-senior level professionals ready to take on challenging field assignments while mentoring teams and driving performance against KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise well testing operations on site, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and function testing of all surface well testing equipment.
- Coordinate with operators and clients to achieve testing objectives and meet KPIs.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior personnel and operators.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures at all times.
- Complete and submit daily reports and documentation in a timely manner.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Well Testing Supervisor role.
- Proven experience in onshore oil and gas well testing operations.
- Strong technical background in 3-phase separators, sand management systems, and flaring equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and train junior staff.
- KPI-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Valid offshore/onshore safety certifications preferred.
